Refund Policy

All Sales of Supplements and Medications Are Final

For consumer health and safety, all supplements, prescription medications, injectable products, and other medication-related products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispensed or purchased. This policy helps protect product integrity and ensures that medications and supplements that have left our control are never redistributed to another patient.

Wellness Membership Subscriptions

Let It Be Wellness Membership payments are nonrefundable once processed, including payments for previous months or partially used membership periods. Memberships may be canceled at any time through our website or by phone. If you cancel before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for the following month.

Cancellation does not provide a refund for a membership period that has already been paid. Any unused membership benefits, discounts, or monthly service credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for a refund. Membership credits are subject to the terms of the Let It Be Wellness Membership agreement.

Refunds may be provided when required by applicable law or in cases of confirmed duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges.
